Room had been refurbished nicely. Breakfast was good.

The night manager didn't follow through when we called for the the shuttle. We first called at 11:56pm. We called again at 12:25am. He said he should be there by now. We called again at 12:35am. He again said he should be right there because he had a pick up on Island 3. At 12:38am he finally showed up. We asked if there was a problem and he said he was told about the pick up 7 minutes before. I think the night manager dropped the ball. When we told him, he just looked at us blankly and said "oh." We needed a hotel close to the airport because we had an early morning flight. Despite the nearness of the airport, it was quiet. We felt the rate was reasonable and the breakfast was good. The shuttle service was good.

We wish there was a refrigerator in the room.

Very comfortable bed, great transportation services - even took us to a restaurant after we returned our rental car to the airport. Early continental breakfast - started at 5 am. Friendly staff. Excellent hotel, convenient location!

easy access to parks and attractions near the airport

I stayed for two nights with my family and loved how close we were to Angle Lake Park, less than a 5-minute walk away. The area is friendly with options like Masaes Teriyaki just a short walk away.

The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were large. I was very impressed. They had a shuttle running to the airport and the the light rail. It was very convenient for us. They had breakfast - I do not eat breakfast but the coffee was very good.

Hampton is my favorite place to stay and it was close to airport, food and sites.

Nice, clean facility, close to airport for early morning flight the next day. Staff were friendly. Shuttle drivers were great.

Would recommend for a getaway

Clean room, friendly staff, with the additional perk of a free airport shuttle, made our travels seamless and hassle-free, great to enjoy a comfortable stay while being just half a mile from the Angle Lake Light Rail Station for easy exploration.

Had convenient and absolutely perfect location away from the DEPARTURE area, within walking distance of Silver Dollar Casino. Coffee and tea provided.

The clean, modern rooms were a pleasant surprise, and I loved the comfy bed. Shuttle service was timely too.

I had a decent stay, enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and cozy beds. breakfast left much to be desired, and it definitely didn’t match what I expected from the photos.

The room wasnice and neat, with modern amenities making it easy to navigate. The staff were helpful, quickly assisting with my luggage and providing thoughtful recommendations for nearby cafes .

Tighter shower space could be problematic for seniors.
